Pride National Insurance Company

On July 10, 2013, Pride National Insurance Company (“PNIC”) became the subject of an Order of Liquidation with a Finding of Insolvency filed July 10, 2013 in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. The Order appoints the Commissioner of Insurance for the State of Oklahoma as Receiver (“Receiver”) for PNIC and grants the Receiver full power, possession and control over the assets, business and affairs of PNIC, including all of the property, contracts, rights of action and books and records. The Receiver has appointed Donna Wilson, CIR-MIL, as the Assistant Receiver (“AR”).

Policies issued by PNIC will be canceled on the earliest of the following dates:
· At 12:01 a.m., local time of the insured or policyholder, on the 31st day following the date of entry of the Order of Liquidation
· The date of expiration of the policy coverage
· The date the policyholder replaces the insurance coverage or otherwise terminates the policy.

For the protection of the policyholders, the Order activates the state guaranty associations in the states where PNIC was licensed to do business.
